Nik has been commissioned to write the music for the new Austria Lotto TV campaign. Nik worked with RSA films, Filmhaus (Vienna), and ad agency Lowe GGK on the project. Trevor Melvin directed. You can see the finished ad on the Media page.
Nik Hodges is a composer, musician, and producer. Through his various projects, Nik has worked with many high calibre producers and artists such as The Dust Brothers, Ozomatli, Marc Williams (Labrinth/Tinie Tempah), Dave Bascombe (Depeche Mode/Peter Gabriel), Martyn Phillips (Erasure/Beloved), and Paul Freegard (Depeche Mode). He has written and produced successful singles for various artists as well as his own projects, and has remixed for The B52s among others. Throughout his career Nik has worked closely with companies such as EMI, Chrysalis, Roadrunner, Restless, Mercury, KPM, West One, and Extreme, as well as film and media agencies such as Regency, JWT, and Lowe GGK.
Nik's music has appeared prominently on film and TV shows such as 'Malcolm In The Middle' (including soundtrack CD), MTV (Road Rules, Bio-rhythm, Strutter) 'Cops', 'Sugar Rush', 'Dirty Work', 'Deep Rising' and many more as well as co-writing and producing the theme tune to VH1's 'BSTV' and various ad campaigns.
